Our Service
Green Reach Energy currently provides free energy cost guides and grant eligibility information only. We do not install products ourselves, and we are not currently operating a quote-matching service — our quote-comparison service is not yet live. When it launches, it will (only with your explicit consent) connect you with a small number of qualified installers, and these terms and our Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how it works before it goes live.
Quote Requests (Not Yet Available)
Our quote-comparison service is not yet operational, so we do not currently collect or share any quote details, and no information is passed to installers. When the service launches it will be entirely opt-in: only with your explicit, separate consent would your details be shared with a limited number of qualified installers, and that consent — together with exactly how the service works — will be set out clearly before you provide any information. At that point, installers would pay a referral fee only when work is completed, and you would be under no obligation to accept any quote.
Content Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure our cost guides, grant information, and product data are accurate and up to date. However, prices vary by property and installer, grants are subject to government policy changes, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Always confirm details directly with a qualified installer and the relevant grant bodies.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, data, and design — is owned by Green Reach Energy or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Green Reach Energy currently provides information only. When our quote-comparison service launches, it will act as an introducer between homeowners and installers: any contract for installation work will be between you and the installer directly. We are not a party to that contract and do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any installation work.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the information on this Site. However, nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any of your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Site after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us at help@greenreachenergy.co.uk with details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and provide a full response within 14 working days. If you remain unsatisfied after our internal process, you may contact the Citizens Advice consumer service (citizensadvice.org.uk, telephone 0808 223 1133) for further guidance on your options.
